Total Strength is a structured 12-week resistance training program that uses a combination of traditional strength and bodyweight exercises to increase your strength and muscular endurance while building lean mass in all the right muscle groups.
Strength & Fitness
Strength & Fitness is a hybrid style group class that improves strength, speed, and power along with your general fitness levels. You can expect to jump, squat, push, pull, bike, row and run all the way to the finish line!
