During the initial consultation, your trainer will gather the information required to understand your health goals and priorities before taking you through a battery of physical assessments to ascertain where you’re currently at, where you want to be and develop the most effective training program to get you there. Your trainer then has three personal training sessions to ensure you are comfortable and competent with your new program that will minimise your risk of injury and increase your training benefits.
