Physio-led rehab classes

Pilates and Yoga

Pilates – MAT

Join our MAT Pilates class to target your core muscles and improve overall strength and flexibility. Studio Pilates Circuit

Vitality Pilates (60 yrs+) Class

Focuses on Balance, core, mobility- with little to no floor work involved. Expect to feel open and limber, whilst building control around stabilising structures and challenging your balance.

Stretch and Flex

Strength and Conditioning

Strength and Sprints

Is a hybrid style group class that improves strength, speed, and power along with your anaerobic fitness levels. You can expect to jump, throw, squat, push, pull and sprint all the way to the finish line!

Total Strength

Is a structured 12-week resistance training program that uses a combination of traditional strength and bodyweight exercises to increase your strength and muscular endurance while building lean mass in all the right muscle groups.

Strength and Conditioning

Vitality Classes (over 60s)

Our specialised Exercise Physiology Supervised Exercise program designed for individuals aged 60 and above. Join our group EP supervised training sessions to thrive, connect, and exercise in a safe and social environment. Under the guidance of our accredited exercise physiologists, you’ll perform your personalised exercise program while enjoying the camaraderie of our like-minded community. Cardio Hit

Is an upbeat and fast-paced 45-minute group training session that will enhance your cardiovascular fitness. Our Cardio Hit group classes blend bodyweight exercises with dumbbells, kettlebells and intervals on the bike, rower, and treadmill in as many combinations and patterns as creativity allows.


Group classes aim to develop overall fitness using various movements executed at high intensity across broad time domains, in a sequential and progressive way. Our Fit X classes consist of aerobic exercise, bodyweight exercises, and Olympic weightlifting.

Box Fit


Class accommodate all levels, whether you’re just starting or experienced with boxing. Our Box Fit instructors ensure that the technical cornerstones such as footwork, weight distribution and proper punch mechanics are taught to ensure your safety while providing a high-intensity finisher to get your heart racing!

Athletic Performance

Designed to get you moving faster and lifting heavier in a workout that uses weights and resistance training to activate fast-twitch muscle fibres. This class is not for the fainted hearted, it’s for athletes already competing at a high level of sports performance. The result: strong, lean muscle fibres and enhanced athleticism, and super-charged explosive movements like running and jumping. You want power and speed? Our Athletic Performance Class is for you.

Fit X
Our timetable is designed to meet the needs of our local community – we have classes at the best times that will suit you. We use Wodify for our timetable which you will get free access to once you become a member of the club and start your journey to unparalleled health and fitness.
Our group training timetable program is designed to allow you to train everyday with the aim to keep you at your fittest, happiest, and free of niggles, aches and pains. People start with as few as 1 or 2 sessions per week as they build up to the whole program and achieve their best levels of strength and fitness.
