Our Athletic Performance Class is a 45-minute group fitness class that works skill acquisition in areas such as Olympic lifting and gymnastics, and higher levels of intensity with training in general, like CrossFit or similar. This class begins with a 15-minute warm-up utilising mobility, dynamic stretching and breathwork to ensure that your workout is the best that it can be – safe from injury and training at the appropriate level to optimise your physical adaptations.
