Bladen Baird Personal Trainer

Bladen Baird

Bladen is a certified personal trainer with over twelve years of experience in various personal training roles and management positions. He has a passion for helping others achieve more, which continues to drive his progression in the Fitness industry.

Bladen relishes the opportunity to collaborate with clients across a range of experience and fitness levels, helping clients lose as much as fifty kilograms, prepare for competitive bouts in Muay Thai, Boxing and Brazilian Jujitsu, and with the North Sydney Bears NSW Cup and Junior Development squads.

Bladen has competed in CrossFit and Strongman while also playing Rugby League at a semi-professional level. More recently, competing in the sport of Amateur Boxing, Bladen won the NSW Elite State Championship in 2017 and 2019 while also taking out the Australian Elite Championship in 2023.
Amy Yeoland Personal trainer

Amy Yeoland

Amy is a passionate and energetic Personal Trainer with 8 years of coaching experience. With a focus on holistic health and longevity, Amy is dedicated to helping her clients reach their fullest potential. She holds a degree in Exercise Sports Science and specializes in Advanced Biomechanics, Sports Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation, Advanced Exercise Physiology, and High-Performance Nutrition in Sports. Amy’s background in nursing has provided her with valuable experience in stroke rehabilitation and various healthcare settings.

With a strong sports background, including netball, water polo, and swimming, Amy understands the needs of competitive athletes and combines her personal experience with her knowledge of the human body to help clients achieve optimal health and performance. In her free time, Amy enjoys outdoor activities such as trail runs, ocean swims, and morning yoga routines. Join Amy at our North Sydney Clinic and experience her expertise in fitness and wellness.
Brad Williams

Brad Williams

Brad is an incredibly energetic and enthusiastic trainer who always gives 100%. Brad has been involved in both individual sport and team sport his entire life, playing rugby league, rugby union, touch football and elite level squash. He is across what it takes to operate in a team and how to work together while also understanding the importance of self-discipline, determination, and patience.  His drive and passion to help others is what lead him to become a personal trainer. Since starting his journey back in 2013, Brad has extensive knowledge through Strength and Conditioning, health, fitness, injury prevention and rehab. Brad has a very holistic approach to his training and strongly believes balance is key to creating successful and healthy habits in health and fitness and in life.

In addition to this he is very active in the coaching arena, where his experience has included assistant coaching at Asquith Magpie’s rugby league, sports trainer with the Parramatta Eels Jersey Flegg and sports coaching at Wenona Girl’s High School. Brad’s ability to connect and communicate with individuals gives him a fantastic advantage to helping his clients.
