Our Cardio Hit classes are designed to get you to your optimal fitness levels, whether that’s through the use of HIIT style sessions for weight, or building up additional conditioning to complement your current strength. Our Fitness classes go back to basics, developing core movement and training within your current range of ability, particularly working with any movement or mobility restrictions.

Healthfix’s Cardio Hit classes aim to improve baseline strength and shore up cardiovascular capacity. These classes are a 45-minute group fitness class that works to improve your fitness with modulated metabolic training, targeting specific thresholds throughout the program. This class begins with a 15-minute warm up using mobility and breathwork to ensure that your workout is the best that it can be – safe from injury and training at the appropriate level to optimise your physical adaptations.

Enjoy intensity, pushing the limits and heightened resilience, both physically and emotionally, by pushing through walls and getting those feel-good endorphins pumping. Regularly increasing workloads trains your body to do more, for longer. As with most things, you get out of it what you put in. The team of strength and conditioning coaches at Healthfix are professionally trained to optimise each of your visits for maximum muscle building.
