Our Physiotherapy team benefits from being led by our director Sean who has over 10 years experience as a physiotherapist. As a team, we’ve got a wide variety of skills and strengths, including long-term changes in chronic pain; women’s pelvic health; and sports performance.
Jack Whiteside

Jack has worked with a diverse patient demographic, including international patients, delivering tailored treatment plans that reflect each individual’s goals and cultural background. He is passionate about providing evidence-based, personalised care and has a proven track record in managing complex cases. With a dual academic background in physiotherapy and sport & exercise science, Jack also offers a unique and in-depth perspective on movement, injury recovery, and performance.
Outside of work, Jack is a passionate sportsman and previously competed at a high level in rugby union. He enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures and values spending quality time with friends and family.
Madison Brooke
After completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Auckland University of Technology, Madison gained extensive experience working with a wide range of musculoskeletal, sports injuries, and chronic conditions. Her roles have included working as a Physiotherapist for Northland Rugby Union’s High Performance and Academy teams, where she helped athletes with injury rehabilitation and performance optimization.
Madison is committed to continuous learning and has completed additional qualifications in dry needling and women’s health. Her goal is to help her clients return to their active lifestyles through evidence-based, individualised care.
