These classes, led by accredited Exercise Physiologists (EPs), are ideal for individuals who have completed rehabilitation or are looking to improve their overall fitness. With a maximum of 8 participants per class, you’ll receive personalised supervision to ensure that your training is safe, effective, and tailored to your needs.
