Healthfix’s diet classes offer all the knowledge and expertise of a nutritionist, in a supportive community-minded environment and free for all Health Club members . Each course is themed, so whether you’re looking to optimise your protein for better recovery, rebalancing your diet or improving your gut health, you can learn the recipes and stay abreast of up to date nutritional information in a practical, immersive way.

Healthfix’s diet classes, led by our team of Accredited Practising Dietitians, offers something different for those keen to change up their nutritional know-how. Make new friends, learn recipes and cook together with your classmates, in this interactive class.
We know everyone loves a good burger, and fish and chips, and alcohol – we certainly do! Let us remove the stigma of good and bad foods, and cheat meals, and reinvigorate your love of food. Our nutrition courses are equally as beneficial for those who might be bored with their same, old repertoire, and those with particular nutritional concerns. Try new things in a fun setting, dispel common diet myths, explore your relationship with food and take home dietitian approved recipes.

Upcoming Course: Revitalise Your Nutrition Starting 11th of February 2022
Our Accredited Practising Dietitians have developed a brand new nutrition course to revitalise your love for healthy food in 2022. Join us on the 11th of February for 5 weeks of delicious recipes and nutrition education!
This 5 week course is designed to teach you the principles of a healthy diet and how to practice mindful eating in an engaging mix of educational content and cooking classes. The classes will be streamed on Zoom on Fridays at 12 and Sundays at 5:30PM (and recorded if you miss a class!). Our Dietitians have created 8 recipes to teach you the principles of a healthy diet, how to optimise your nutrient intake for your goals and how to practice mindful and intuitive eating.
