Healthfix’s Cardio Hit classes aim to improve baseline strength and shore up cardiovascular capacity. These classes are a 45-minute group fitness class that works to improve your fitness with modulated metabolic training, targeting specific thresholds throughout the program. This class begins with a 15-minute warm up using mobility and breathwork to ensure that your workout is the best that it can be – safe from injury and training at the appropriate level to optimise your physical adaptations.
