Our exercise programs are designed, tested and reviewed by our personal trainers in conjunction with our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists with the support of the scientific research.

Our service is organised into 3 training modalities with these being further broken down to into 8 phases. This allows you to enter a modality that is specific to your goals at a level that is perfect for your capabilities.
